1. Controller
The operator of Cryptocrash is the data controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us via the Report page for any privacy request.
2. Data we collect
Account data from Google sign-in (email, name, profile picture), your username and profile settings, gameplay data (balances, trades, game results), chat messages, reports, and technical data such as last activity time needed to run the service.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
To provide your account and the game (performance of contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to keep the service safe, moderate content and prevent cheating (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by our hosting and authentication providers acting as processors. Your username, avatar, profile and public chat messages are visible to other players.
5. Storage and cookies
We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences; no advertising cookies. Data is kept while your account exists and deleted or anonymised after account deletion, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
