1. About the service
Cryptocrash is a free online simulation game. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Virtual currency only
All balances, coins, gems, items and winnings are virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for real money, goods or services. Nothing on Cryptocrash is financial or investment advice, and the casino games are not real-money gambling.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your EU country). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automation or multiple accounts, attacking the service or harassing others is prohibited. Report bugs instead of abusing them.
5. User content
You keep ownership of content you post (messages, coin names, images) but grant us a licence to display it within the service. You must not post illegal or infringing content. We may remove content that breaks these Terms (EU Digital Services Act).
6. Moderation and termination
Staff may warn, mute, reset, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may modify, reset or discontinue parts of the game, including virtual balances, at any time.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of virtual items or data. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory EU law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the EU, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
